With St. Patricks Day just around the corner I thought I'd share some fun facts about leprechauns with you so you can impress your friends!

1. Leprechauns are always male

2. They are actually a type of Irish fairy

    I had never thought about the fact that I've never seen a female leprechaun! This seems to present a problem for the future of the species...
